The central unit that connects the cable to the home router is the ´´brain´´ of this alarm and automation system. It coordinates the activity of all sensors, relays and receivers. It has an integrated 110dB siren, it can be powered either by batteries (4 x AAA) and power adapter (included) and has a keyboard consisting of 4 numeric keys to arm / disarm the system. The system can be armored / disarmed and remotely from the application.

Controls the garage door remotely:
- Simply replace or install this relay in parallel with the garage door control button. Thus, the intelligent relay takes control of the garage door by receiving a closing or opening signal from a programmed remote or from a central unit through the Smart House PNI application.

Easy installation:
- The smart relay is very easy to install. Simply go through the relay clamp to the cables that come from the garage door control button.

Controls the gateway remotely:
