Is it possible to drill a hole without damaging the authorization?

I would like to put them on top of a wall, I live in a place with a lot of wind, I was thinking of nailing them on top of the wall with a screw plug and washer to hold them, can I do it without damaging the self-watering system?

You would have to seal the holes you make well, otherwise the self-watering would not work

It has no drainage holes and is watertight, it does not lose water.
